Most entrepreneurs aim to be the “Steve Jobs” of their industry. But I realized early on that I was a very solid “Tim Cook” – a business operator capable of solving most complex business problems.
To compensate for my lack of “visionary” skills, I focused on amassing experience to solve various business problems. For ~15 years, I’ve worked in Private Equity, Venture Capital, public multi-billion dollar companies, and start-ups bootstrapping their way out of the founder’s basement. I had direct hands-on experience taking companies through funding rounds, IPO, and acquisitions.
Today, I apply that experience to help organizations meet their potential. Too many companies fail due to the lack of standard operating processes I can help implement.

My two kids, 8 and 5 years old, don’t care about any mainstream celebrity. But they LOVE their YouTubers. A few years from now, my kids will have their own spare income and the brand loyalty they’ve developed over those years. That brand loyalty won’t be to a faceless corporation or a Hollywood star. They will be loyal to the creators they grew up watching.
